I have read the reviews, especially the bad ones. Overall I will say, each one was a unique situation.Myself as well. The week prior I hit a deer, total the front of the car. Lost a week of work. Follow up by a preplanned vacation that was booked for and set in stone.I spoke with Fernando the day prior, assured me that I will drive home with a car. And he was going to pair me up with his top salesman. I arrived the following day at my schedule appointment. Met Fernando, he hooked me up his salesman Don. Formal paperwork. Then I went through the lot while Don proceeded to process the paperwork. I was skeptical.. Some vehicles definitely seen better days. And as mentioned, the inventory is changing daily. Don did show me a few other vehicles that were available. I will say.. Don was very professional, and also worked with my unique situation, in needing a vehicle. I never once felt pressured. And even turned down a few recommendations. We finally be agreed on a vehicle. By the time it came to the closing of the deal. I would say that I was feeling completely comfortable that I wasn't walking home. Partially I already did my homeworkI wasn't closed minded and I kept an open mind. Yes you have to do your part as well to check the vehicle you are buying, remember it's an used vehicle. However I'm glad they were able to help me out with my situation. I will definitely go back. I will recommend them if you can't find anyone else. And yes the lot is very crowded. However that didn't stop me , with finding a vehicle. My experience.. I was treated fair. And they definitely worked with my situation. Don treated me well. I had no major issues. Thanks Don and Fernando.. and the rest of the staff as well m

We had a great experience buying our car here! Buck did an excellent job helping us through the whole process. He was friendly, helpful, and answered all of our questions without making us feel pressured or rushed into buying anything. We really appreciated how comfortable and easy he made the experience. Highly recommend working with Buck if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience!

These guys really do try their very hardest to work with you and get you into a car. We worked with buck yesterday and he was amazing! We even sat down and ate lunch with him which never happens at any other dealership. I highly recommend these guys!

We recently purchased vehicles from City Auto Wholesale and had a really positive experience. Me (Dakota) and Stephanie originally came in looking for one vehicle—and somehow we ended up leaving with two!Shortly after the purchase, Stephanie’s vehicle developed a couple of issues. We contacted the dealership, brought it back in, and they graciously took care of the repairs at no cost to us. That really meant a lot, especially since they could have made the situation much more difficult.In the end, we both walked away very satisfied with our vehicles and the deals we received. A big thank-you to JJ and Don for working with us, standing behind what they sold, and making sure we were taken care of.We definitely appreciate the way City Auto Wholesale treated us and would recommend giving them a chance if you’re looking for a vehicle.

Hands down the best dealerships I've had the pleasure to finance a car from. Even though it was busy and I was there late they made it enjoyable with there jokes and how there like one big family. It was such an easy process getting financed as well. Def coming back for my sons first car. Shout out to Frank and Jeremy yall are awesome! 10 stars 🌟

Came in today and had a great experience with a super knowledgeable salesperson by the name of buck which by the end of it we were calling him Uncle Buck had such a great time we came back to buy another car they were really willing to work with me on the difficult things I was asking for and in the end we worked out a car that I'm absolutely excited to have come in and check out the different vehicles available they change every week and make sure you ask for Uncle Buck tell them I sent you they're already going to give you a great deal but they'll treat you like family
